These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GetToWork.online ("GetToWork", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
The site
GetToWork.online is a work utility site with free calculators and an independent publication of guides, articles, and other Library pages. Public features include calculators, topic hubs, and trust pages.
This domain may also include optional signed-in features. Availability of those features can change. Creating an account is not required to use the calculators or read the Library.
The site is provided as-is. We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of it over time.
Accounts
You may use the public site without an account. If you register for optional features, you are responsible for providing accurate account details, keeping your password confidential, and activity under your account.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or use the service only with appropriate parental or guardian permission where required.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse GetToWork. For example, you must not:
- attempt to break into, disrupt, or overload the service
- probe or scrape the service in an abusive way
- use the service for unlawful activity
- interfere with other users' access
- circumvent security, billing, or access controls
- upload or transmit malware or harmful content
- copy publication content for republication without permission where copyright applies
Editorial content
Guides and articles are informational and editorial. They are not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. You remain responsible for how you apply ideas at work.
Your content
If you enter tasks, notes, or other content into optional product features, you remain responsible for that content. Do not store content you are not allowed to store.
Availability
We aim to keep GetToWork available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, hosting issues, network problems, and other factors may cause downtime.
Paid services
The public calculators and Library do not require a paid plan. If a paid plan is offered later, fees, billing intervals, and cancellation options will be shown at checkout.
Advertising
Use of the site may include advertising that supports the publication. Advertising does not change editorial conclusions.
Termination
You may stop using GetToWork at any time. Signed-in users may delete their account from the Account page, or contact us through the Contact page for help. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the service or other users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetToWork and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, the limits apply only to the extent allowed.
Disclaimer
Except where required by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
